All different compositions for a mood board. With imagery that I had previously collected related to my colour palette, we were to mock different mood board styles.
I did enjoy this task as it was interesting to see how the layout reflected the colour story. The difficulty I had was that all of my images were square or rectangular so for the future I will collect a more diverse selection of imagery and also so materials and fabrics.
I have created a Pinterest board for mood board inspiration and here's a few mood boards that I really liked in the minimal, grid-like composition:
